New York City

We took a carriage ride in central park- romantic huh?

Blair come down and visited me on Saturday. We had an amazing brunch. In fact it was so good the family went back for more the next day.
My mother-in-law took her daughters (me included) and her mom to New York City for almost a week. I had a great time. I will post more pictures when I get them. Everyone was taking pictures so I figured I would just get copies from them. Now I am sad I don't have my own. We stayed in Times Square and did a lot of walking. We went to 4 Broadway shows my favorite was Wicked. Paisley LOVED the shows. Every time the music came on she was moving like CRAZY. I loved it. Do you think she's going to be a dancer? We saw a lot of sites and did some shopping everyone bought at least one knock off purse. It was so fun to spend time with my in-laws. Thanks to my mother-in-law for planning a wonderful trip. I won't forget it. Also, thanks to Blair who rearranged her plans last minute and came out for a visit. It was great to spend time with her.

3 Years Today

I am so excited to celebrate my third anniversary. I love being married to TJ. I feel so blessed to have a really good marriage and a growing family. TJ has given me more than I could have ever dreamed of he is amazing and treats me so well. I am grateful that he is such a hard worker and for the love he gives to me. I love you TJ, thanks for being my one and only.

I LOVE CRAIGSLIST

I have had very good luck with Criagslist and I have turned into the biggest fan. Thank you to the wonderful woman who bought my crib bedding. I changed my mind and decided to do different colors and now that this bedding is sold I am so excited to get the nursery started. If you haven't used Criagslist- try it out!

Advice for pregnat women:

If you are worried about your face getting round and chubby- it's probably not a good idea to cut bangs. At least in my case. I decided that it's time for something new and fresh so I went for it. It's fine, I like it enough but it doesn't make my face look any thinner...

The Countdown is on!!!

In Just a few days I leave for New York City and I cannot wait! I have never been there and I cannot wait to experience it!

More than you want to know....

Honestly, I tend to ignore the whole "tag" thing. I love reading other tags but when it comes to myself....
However, in honor of Becca finally updating her blog here goes:
10 years ago:
I had my drivers permit and was learning how to drive a stick shift (DANGEROUS).
Saying goodbye to my sister/best friend who was moving away to go to BYU.
Playing volleyball for Granada Hills High.
5 things on my "to do list":
1. Buy some shoes for my trip to NY!
2. Win $10,000 from KMLE Country
3. Start figuring out how this whole working from home thing is going to work out
4. Paint Paisley's room
5. Finish registering
4 things I would do if I was a billionaire:
1. Pay off my debt, secure my kids college/trust funds
2. Pay off my sisters debt
3. Buy a major league baseball team
4. Never complain about not having money again
3 bad habits:
1. I don't have a good filter -I really need to learn to think before I speak
2. I wait WAY too long to get my hair done
3. I take my shoes off without untying them
5 places I have lived:
1. Gilbert, AZ
2. Provo, UT
3. Santa Rosa, CA
4. North Hills, CA
5. Middletown, CA
6 things people might not know about me:
1. I am a VERY cautious driver. I drive very slow in parking lots because I don't trust other drivers.
2. I cannot spell (actually you might know that if you read my blog).
3. I love country music. I have seen Tim McGraw in concert at least 6 times.
4. I rarely made my bed until I started dating TJ.
5. It took me 5 years to graduate from college and I finished with the exact number of credits required.
6. I don't hate living in the dessert, even though I complain about it a lot. (I might feel differently 1 month from now.)
